Apparently if there are newlines in HTML comments, pulldown-cmark
switches to markdown and escapes the --> so that the comment never ends

Put 8-5 and 8-6 back into one listing so numbering stays the same
...
The numberings were only fixed for 08-01 and weren't fixed through
08-02, 08-03, and anywhere else that referenced a listing in chapter 8
after listing 8-5. Rather than fix all those listings, I'm putting the
new code back into the old listing.
