Eric Huss b3bd103742 Add a warning when a Font Awesome font is missing 
With the migration to Font Awesome 6, I'm running into books where the
icon names are missing or have changed. This adds a warning to help
identify those situations.

mdBook

mdBook is a utility to create modern online books from Markdown files.

Check out the User Guide for a list of features and installation and usage information. The User Guide also serves as a demonstration to showcase what a book looks like.
