Eric Huss 321a76bd27 Add track_caller to more test functions 
This sprinkles track_caller on some more test functions to give more
useful line numbers on errors when a test fails.

read_to_string was changed since it couldn't track caller on a closure.

mdBook

mdBook is a utility to create modern online books from Markdown files.

Check out the User Guide for a list of features and installation and usage information. The User Guide also serves as a demonstration to showcase what a book looks like.
