Eric Huss 2c7d192b50 Add an xtask to help with running tests 
During development I often need to run a bunch of tests. Instead of
having some unwieldy shell command, I have added this xtask to help with
running the testing commands.

mdBook

mdBook is a utility to create modern online books from Markdown files.

Check out the User Guide for a list of features and installation and usage information. The User Guide also serves as a demonstration to showcase what a book looks like.
