The mmu_check_root() check in fast_pgd_switch() seems to be superfluous: when GPA is outside of the visible range cached_root_available() will fail for non-direct roots (as we can't have a matching one on the list) and we don't seem to care for direct ones. Also, raising #TF immediately when a non-existent GFN is written to CR3 doesn't seem to mach architectural behavior. Drop the check. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
