Dave Penkler fd1885db8e staging: gpib: Add lower bound check for secondary address
Commit 9dde4559e9 ("staging: gpib: Add GPIB common core driver")
from Sep 18, 2024 (linux-next), leads to the following Smatch static
checker warning:

	drivers/staging/gpib/common/gpib_os.c:541 dvrsp()
	warn: no lower bound on 'sad' rl='s32min-30'

The value -1 was introduced in user land to signify No secondary address
to the driver so that a lower bound check could be added.

This patch adds that check.

Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
