To match zpci_bus_scan_device() and the PCI common code terminology and to remove some code duplication, we pull the multiple uses of pci_scan_single_device() into a function. For now this has the side effect of adding each device to the PCI bus separately and locking and unlocking the rescan/remove lock for each instead of just once per bus. This is clearly less efficient but provides a correct intermediate behavior until a follow on change does both the adding and scanning only once per bus. be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
