f73a4230d5bbc8fc7e1a2479ac997f786111c7bb
Add the GPU and NPU clocks for SM8150. They were missed in earlier
addition of clock driver.

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
