The transmit DMA workqueue is never stopped, hence the work function may be called after the port has been shut down. Fix this race condition by cancelling queued work, if any, before DMA release. Don't initialize the work if DMA initialization failed, as it won't be used anyway. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
