It's a multiplexing mess that can be greatly simplified, and really needs to be simplified to allow active per-ag references to propagate from initial AG selection code the the bmapi code. This splits the code out into separate a parameter checking function, an iterator function, and allocation completion functions and then implements the individual policies using these functions. ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
