The cpu_suspend_set_dbg_restorer() function is called by the hw_breakpoint code but defined in another file. Since the declaration is in the same file as the caller, the compiler warns about the definition without a prior prototype: arch/arm64/kernel/suspend.c:35:13: error: no previous prototype for 'cpu_suspend_set_dbg_restorer' [-Werror=missing-prototypes] Move it into the corresponding header instead to avoid the warning. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
