Reducing the size of ucode_prefix to 25 in the gfx_v11_0_init_microcode
function. This would ensure that the total number of characters being
written into fw_name does not exceed its size of 40.
Fixes the below with gcc W=1:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
