The sched domain pointer argument from topology_get_freq_scale() and topology_get_cpu_scale() got removed by commit7673c8a4c7("sched/cpufreq: Remove arch_scale_freq_capacity()'s 'sd' parameter") and commit8ec59c0f5f("sched/topology: Remove unused 'sd' parameter from arch_scale_cpu_capacity()"). So the 'struct sched_domain' forward declaration is no longer needed. Remove it. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
