The USB controllers on sc7280 do not retain the state when the system goes into low power state and the GDSCs are turned off. This results in the controllers reinitializing and re-enumerating all the connected devices (resulting in additional delay while coming out of suspend) Fix this by updating the .pwrsts for the USB GDSCs so they only transition to retention state in low power. Since sc7280 only supports cx (parent of usb gdscs) Retention, there are no cxcs offsets mentioned in order to support the Retention state. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
