PROC_NUMBUF is 13 which is enough for "negative int + \n + \0". However PIDs and TGIDs are never negative and newline is not a concern, so use just 10 per integer. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
