__kvm_set_memory_region does not use the hva at all, so trying to
catch use-after-delete is pointless and, worse, it fails access_ok
now that we apply it to all memslots including private kernel ones.
This fixes an AVIC regression.

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
