Pull PNP updates from Rafael Wysocki:
"These clean the PNP code somewhat:
- Remove the now unused pnp_find_card() function (Christoph Hellwig)
- Drop duplicate pci.h include from the quirks code and add an
"internal.h" include to acpi_pnp.c to fix a compiler warning (Tian
Tao)"

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
