The only usage of rdacm20_video_ops is to assign it to the video field in the v4l2_subdev_ops struct which is a pointer to const, and the only usage of rdacm20_subdev_ops is to pass its address to v4l2_i2c_subdev_init() which accepts a pointer to const. Make them const to allow the compiler to put them in read-only memory. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
