Get rid of struct tc_to_netdev which is now just unnecessary container and rather pass per-type structures down to drivers directly. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
