Those applications that run in VU mode and access the time CSR cause
a virtual instruction trap as Guest kernel currently does not
initialize the scounteren CSR.
To fix this, we should make CY, TM, and IR counters accessibile
by default in VU mode (similar to OpenSBI).

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
