Leilk Liu dc5fa59027 spi: take the SPI IO-mutex in the spi_set_cs_timing method
this patch takes the io_mutex to prevent an unprotected HW
register modification in the set_cs_timing callback.

Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.  The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
