This reverts commit328728630d. There is fundamental issue in commit328728630d(scsi: core: avoid host-wide host_busy counter for scsi_mq) because SCSI's host busy counter may not be same with counter of blk-mq's inflight tags, especially in case of none io scheduler. We may switch to other approach for addressing this scsi_mq's performance issue, such as percpu counter or kind of ways, so revert this commit first for fixing this kind of issue in EH path, as reported by Jens. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
