[Why] Dmub will cache the video position data during PSR-SU enable. The dmub will use an outdated MPO video position if user try to drag the video window and it will cause video glitch. [How] Disable the PSR-SU temporarily while user drag the video window. The PSR-SU will be re-enabled after the video window is stable. ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
