Neil Armstrong d659bc68ed OPP: add index check to assert to avoid buffer overflow in _read_freq()
Pass the freq index to the assert function to make sure
we do not read a freq out of the opp->rates[] table when called
from the indexed variants:
dev_pm_opp_find_freq_exact_indexed() or
dev_pm_opp_find_freq_ceil/floor_indexed().

Add a secondary parameter to the assert function, unused
for assert_single_clk() then add assert_clk_index() which
will check for the clock index when called from the _indexed()
find functions.

Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
