Each time a slab is deactivated, the page and freelist pointer should be reset. This patch just merges these two options into deactivate_slab(). These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
