We only print out the header information of an IPC message in debug level, either in verbose or non verbose way (Kconfig option). On top of the header information the message itself can help reproducing and identifying issues. BIT(11) can be used to request a message payload dump if it is supported by the IPC implementation. Since IPC message payload printing is only implemented for IPC4, the flag will not have any effect to IPC3 for now. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
