Lucas Tanure cda0c2ea65 arm64: dts: rockchip: Fix RX delay for ethernet phy on rk3588s-rock5a
Add network PHY rx delay and change type to rgmii, so
that it is applied. This fixes packet loss when more
than a few packets are exchanged.

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
