All old style assembly annotations have been converted for s390. Select ARCH_USE_SYM_ANNOTATIONS to make sure the old macros like ENTRY() aren't available anymore. This prevents that new code which uses the old macros will be added again. This follows what has been done for x86 with commit2ce0d7f976("x86/asm: Provide a Kconfig symbol for disabling old assembly annotations") and for arm64 with commit50479d58ea("arm64: Disable old style assembly annotations"). be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
