This driver has correctly mapped jack kcontrols for Headphone and Headset Mic. However, it is also mapping Line Out jack detection events to the Headphone kcontrol. The WM5100 codec used here can distinguish Line Out connections from Headphone connections. Decouple the two, expose Line Out to userspace as an independent kcontrol and add the necessary widget. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
