Pull thermal updates from Zhang Rui: - fix resources release in error paths when registering thermal zone. (Christophe Jaillet) - introduce a new thermal driver for on-chip PVT (Process, Voltage and Temperature) monitoring unit implemented on UniPhier SoCs.
