In general it's preferable to avoid placing cpumasks on the stack, as for large values of NR_CPUS these can consume significant amounts of stack space and make stack overflows more likely. - Both 2 arguments of cpumask_equal() is constant and free of change, no need to allocate extra cpumask variables. - Merge cpumask_and(), cpumask_first() and cpumask_empty() into cpumask_first_and(). be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
