Introduce fwnode_mdiobus_register_phy() to register PHYs on the mdiobus. From the compatible string, identify whether the PHY is c45 and based on this create a PHY device instance which is registered on the mdiobus. Along with fwnode_mdiobus_register_phy() also introduce fwnode_find_mii_timestamper() and fwnode_mdiobus_phy_device_register() since they are needed. While at it, also use the newly introduced fwnode operation in of_mdiobus_phy_device_register(). Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
