blk_set_queue_dying() does not acquire queue lock before it calls blk_queue_for_each_rl(). This allows a racing blkg_destroy() to remove blkg->q_node from the linked list and have blk_queue_for_each_rl() loop infitely over the removed blkg->q_node list node. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
