[ This resurrects commit53855d10f4, which was reverted in2b41226b39. It depended on commitd544abd5ff("lib/radix-tree: Convert to hotplug state machine") so now it is correct to apply ] Patch "lib/radix-tree: Convert to hotplug state machine" breaks the test suite as it adds a call to cpuhp_setup_state_nocalls() which is not currently emulated in the test suite. Add it, and delete the emulation of the old CPU hotplug mechanism. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
