Some metrics (like GFLOPs) need walltime_nsecs_stats for each interval. Compute it for each interval instead of only at the end. Pointed out by Jiri. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
