The ILK-BDW panel fitter imposes extra limits on the maximum pipe source size we can use. Check for that. Only HSW/BDW are really affected by this since on older platforms the max hdisplay/vdisplay matches the max PIPESRC. But we'll put in the limits for all the platforms just to keep things clear. Note that pch_panel_fitting() is also used on SKL+, but we'll skip the checks for those as it's all supposed to be handled in the unified scaler code. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
