Ankit Nautiyal b66a8abaa4 drm/i915/display/mtl: Fill port width in DDI_BUF_/TRANS_DDI_FUNC_/PORT_BUF_CTL for HDMI
MTL requires the PORT_CTL_WIDTH, TRANS_DDI_FUNC_CTL and DDI_BUF_CTL
to be filled with 4 lanes for TMDS mode.
This patch enables D2D link and fills PORT_WIDTH in appropriate
registers.

v2:
  - Added fixes from Clint's Add HDMI implementation changes.
  - Modified commit message.
v3:
  - Use TRANS_DDI_PORT_WIDTH() instead of DDI_PORT_WIDTH() for the value
    of TRANS_DDI_FUNC_CTL_*. (Gustavo)

Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
