Use platform_irq_count to determine the number of fan tachometer inputs configured in the device tree. At this stage we support either 0 or 1 inputs. Once we have this information we only need to read the pulses-per-revolution value if a fan tachometer is actually configured via an IRQ value. Also add a debug print of the IRQ number and the pulses-per-revolution value to aid in investigating issues. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
