writel() internally executes cpu_to_le32() to convert the value being written to little endian. The caller should thus not use this conversion function for the value passed to writel(). Remove the cpu_to_le32() calls in _base_put_smid_scsi_io_atomic(), _base_put_smid_fast_path_atomic(), _base_put_smid_hi_priority_atomic() _base_put_smid_default_atomic() and _base_handshake_req_reply_wait(). Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
