We resync the FIFO after each pipe update in apply_ctx_to_hw. However, this means that some pipes (in hardware) are based on the new context and some are based on the current_state (since the pipes are updated on at a time). In this case we must ensure to use the pipe_ctx that's currently still configured in hardware when turning off / on OTG's and reconfiguring ODM during the resync. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
