Ethan Nelson-Moore ab9c44bbf6 ARM: PXA: remove remnants of PXA93x support ...

Support for PXA93x chips was removed in commit d711b8a298 ("ARM: pxa:
remove pxa93x support"), but some code to handle them remains. Remove
it.

Discovered while searching for CONFIG_* symbols referenced in code but
not defined in any Kconfig file.
