Pull USB fixes from Greg KH: "Here are some small USB fixes for 4.11-rc5. The usual xhci fixes are here, as well as a fix for yet-another-bug- found-by-KASAN, those developers are doing great stuff here. And there's a phy build warning fix that showed up in 4.11-rc1. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
