Ville Syrjälä a44628b929 drm/i915: Clean up LVDS pipe select bits
Clean up the LVDS pipe select bits. To make the whole situation a bit
less ugly we'll start to share the same code between .get_hw_state()
and the port state asserts.

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
