Lockless __ptr_ring_empty requires that consumer head is read and written at once, atomically. Annotate accordingly to make sure compiler does it correctly. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
