a2093dd35f
When allocating a umem leaf for implicit ODP MR during page fault the
field owning_mm was not set.
Initialize and take a reference on this field to avoid kernel panic when
trying to access this field.

requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
