Add handler for WMI_11D_NEW_COUNTRY_EVENTID, WMI_11D_SCAN_START_CMDID, WMI_11D_SCAN_STOP_CMDID. After vdev create for STATION, send WMI_11D_SCAN_START_CMDID to firmware and wait firmware complete it, the scan from mac80211 also need to wait the 11d scan finished, and send WMI_11D_SCAN_STOP_CMDID to firmware before vdev delete for STATION. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
