Additional MediaTek ARM64 DTS updates for v6.16 This addresses devicetree binding warnings happening on the MDP3 nodes in mt8188 dts, reverts the commit adding the SCP firmware-name as strongly suggested by Arnd, and also adds some more late commits. requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
