A 'return' was missing when detecting Arbitration Lost and calling transmit_done. With the return transmit_done could be called a second time, confusing the CEC framework. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
