Pull CRIS updates and fixes from Jesper Nilsson: - a small fix for some conflicting symbols, aligning CRIS with other platforms. - fix build breakage regression for all CRIS SoCs. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
