Pull NFS client updates from Anna Schumaker:
"Stable bugfixes:
- Dequeue the request from the receive queue while we're re-encoding

- Increase xprtrdma maximum transport header and slot table sizes

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
